What do I get with the membership?
The SceneLab panel with every update, the clips library, After Effects presets and selected plugin installers.
I came from Raul's or Drew's site. Is it the same?
Yes. There is one SceneLab membership with the same benefits, whichever site you came from.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. After that, the panel's premium tools and the downloads stop.
Is there a free trial?
Not decided yet. We'll say at launch.
The panel
Which After Effects versions work?
The panel is built for After Effects 2020 and newer. The exact list will be confirmed after testing.
Does it work offline?
For short periods. The panel checks your membership at least once an hour.
What happens to my projects if my membership ends?
Nothing. Your projects and exports are never changed or deleted.
Is the panel in Portuguese?
The panel is in English. Portuguese is planned as a second language.
Computers and account
On how many computers can I use SceneLab?
One at a time. You can move your activation to a new computer from your account.
I changed computers. What do I do?
Open My account → My computer, remove the old one, then activate the panel on the new one.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, from My account → Settings. Your personal data is deleted.
Payments
How can I pay?
Payment methods will be announced at launch.
My payment failed. Do I lose access right away?
No. You have up to 48 hours to update your payment before access pauses.
Can I get a refund?
The refund policy will be published before launch.
